Poolside Cafe at UTM Hotel Refund Policy
1. General Refund Policy:
- Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Food and Beverage Orders:
- Refunds for food and beverage purchases will only be issued if the order is incorrect or if the food is deemed unsatisfactory. Guests must notify the staff within 15 minutes of receiving their order to qualify for a refund.
